Perhaps it would also be a good approach if you could pack several ScreenStory-Recordings into one project and edit them as one projekt / video.

Yeah pausing and rerecording sections during the video would be very helpful. I have seen the developer mention the editing feature but that takes all the time saving away when you need to go later look up for that mistake and cut it out. If we can do it from the get go, would be awesome!

What does this means ?

There is a cool app called Vento, that allows you to edit as you record / record while you edit your video, which makes editing easiier as you can just re-record something if you misspell or make an error, eliminating any post production for this cut.
